PCN Patient Participation Group
Non-urgent advice: What is a PPG?
A PPG is a group is open to all patients on the GP practice list including all communities, groups, genders, ages ethnicities, disabilities, paid and unpaid carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service.

Non-urgent advice: Who sits on the PCN PPG?
PCN PPGs are made up of a group of volunteer patients from across the 8 Practices in the PCN. Led by our Patient Experience Lead - Jenny Webster and Patient Experience Care Co-Ordinator - Sasha, we meet once a quarter in practices across the PCN to review services and discuss next steps.
Non-urgent advice: How do I join the PCN PPG?
We are always looking for more patients to join us to represent their practice and discuss issues and patient experience to help improve the service.
If you would like to join the group please speak to your GP Practice Manager.
The PCN also carries out regular surveys for all patients to gather opinions on services.
