Know your numbers

"Know Your Numbers!" is a national campaign encouraging everyone to monitor their blood pressure and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy range. High blood pressure often has no symptoms but can lead to serious health issues like heart disease and stroke.

Visit your GP practice to get your blood pressure checked, or use a home monitor if you have one. Knowing your numbers could save your life.
